Moji Saniefar has over 10 years of legal experience in business and commercial matters.  Her experience includes commercial litigation, business counseling, and internal investigations.  Moji has represented large public companies to small private businesses.  She has also prosecuted and defended claims on behalf of directors and officers of public companies, medium to small business owners, and private individuals in their employment and commercial relationships.

Moji practices in state and federal courts throughout California.  She also represents individuals and businesses throughout the state, providing business advice and conducting internal investigations.  Moji's expertise includes working on cases regarding allegations of fraud, violations of the Corporations Code (California and Delaware), disputes regarding mergers and acquisitions, breach of contract, trademark infringement, cybersquatting, unfair competition, and partnership disputes.

Moji also has extensive experience in responding to governmental requests for information and investigations, including the Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Justice, and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.  She has also conducted internal investigations regarding allegations of fraud, adherence to state and federal laws, and alleged violations of corporate policies.

Moji started her legal career working for the Securities Litigation, Regulatory Enforcement and White Collar group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. Prior to attending law school, Moji was a certified public accountant and worked for Ernst & Young.  Armed with her accounting and auditing background, Moji is uniquely experienced to understand her corporate clients and grasp their business, financial and reporting environment.
